First things first: For a Wolf house, "turnkey" really means "turnkey". Because we know that many builders just want to move into their finished house. You want to build carefree. You don't have to worry about (almost) anything, because your job and family don't give you the freedom to do your own work, the handicraft options don't offer any room for maneuver - or simply because it's much more fun to just watch the specialists in all phases of building a house, like level a modern, high quality and sustainable house is built for level. At Wolf, we take care of everything in the "turnkey" stage. Means: Our builders receive the house keys and move into their new living space.

Of course there are other requests. And that's why we offer not only the turnkey version of our houses, but also the expansion stages "ready for equipment" and "expansion house".  Or even simpler: You make an appointment with one of our competent advisors and discuss a very individual service package with him. Exactly how you want it.

With the "Ready to equip" expansion variant, you can fully exploit your manual skills if you do the final expansion work yourself. In the "expansion house" stage, you will receive a weatherproof shell in which you can organize the entire interior yourself. The only question left is: How would you like to build?
